It's weird how these things can sometimes grow into monsters in our minds. I have the same problem, and find myself putting off certain things for stupid lengths of time. I still need to sort out getting money back from my car insurance from a couple of years ago (I don't even own the car anymore, that's how long ago it was) - but it involves writing a very sharp and clever letter, and I never feel like my brain is quite ready. What's especially idiotic is the fact that I have a draft of the letter on my desktop, it just needs a bit of tweaking. Maybe I'll just do it, taking inspiration from you...
