Thanks for sharing, this is how I felt when I realised a similar thing with Megan, and she was transformed from a difficult screamy baby to a delightful and engaging one :D The book I was using is called Baby Sense, and I seem to recall that it recommends that 1-2yr olds should only be awake for 3 to 3 and a half hours at a time before having a nap... Otherwise they'll get over-tired and over-stimulated. Give or take. Please do blog more often, I miss you!
