J-cub and I popped out for a few bits and bobs this afternoon, and the Co-op had massive inflatable footballs hanging from the ceiling. J-cub had just begun to get a bit shouty and I-don't-want-to-be-in-this-trolley-any-more-y, but was suddenly transfixed when he caught sight of them.
Like father, like son.

I adopt a "If you can't beat them join them" attitude. It helps. But then again, I don't totally hate football.
I don't totally hate it, I just can't really see why people get so excited about what is, in essence, a load of men kicking a ball around and not scoring very often.
Then again, apart from any sort of equestrianism and Wimbledon, I'm really not a sporty person at all ;)
